South Fork Athletics is building an 8U travel baseball team focused on effort, teamwork, player development, and competition. We are preparing to begin games in summer 2027, with dates and the tournament schedule still to be determined.
Parent interest meeting
Join us Sunday, October 11, at 4 PM at the Elkton Little League Fields. Come hear the plan, meet other families, and ask questions.
The basics
- Eligibility: Age 8 or younger on August 31, 2027 (born September 1, 2018, or later), using the Little League Baseball age cutoff.
- Commitment: Practices, tournaments, and travel once the schedule is set.
- Costs: A $50 one-time initiation fee goes to the larger South Fork Athletics organization toward next year’s league fees. Fundraising will aim to reduce equipment and apparel costs. Local vendors will offer a Team Store for extra items.
